Rick Noble is a microbiologist and quality professional with a background in food and beverage production and third-party lab testing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Fermentation Science and Drug Policy from Hampshire College, where he studied yeast extensively. He cofounded Mush America, combining knowledge of mycology and fermentation with data and software. He is passionate about the future of functional foods and micro-industrialization to bolster an accessible and sustainable domestic mushroom economy.
