I founded Michou Olivera Psychedelic Guidance & Integration in 2020 after monthly macrodoses of mushrooms for two years to heal my own addiction and mental heal challenges. I taught myself to grow mushrooms to learn the energetic differences between the different varieties to understand how they benefit mental health and addiction challenges. I guide individuals in personalized mushroom journeys with mushroom variety and dose tailored to their personal needs, concerns and goals. I am honored to help people integrate and understand their psychedelic experiences and consciousness, to teach mycology, and mentor future psychedelic guides, coaches and facilitators.
